Capacity Building: Deemed to be one of four Important areas by the Conference of 6 March 2009, it is one which may offer the most challenges: Certainly it is one which offers a great deal of scope- from personal capacity building to being able to offer assistance to both colleagues and others in the field as part of a mission to uplift and upgrade the skills the area is wide. As we wrestle with the idea of growing within ourselves as well as reaching out to others I am sure the role of Capacity Building is going to grow.
